How Do I Get Support?
When you buy Cart66 you get access to the members area for a year. There you will find the support ticket system where you can submit tickets and communicate directly with our support team and developers. In addition, you will also have access to beta releases of Cart66, tutorials, forums, add-ons, and other goodies that we’ll be adding to such as Cart66 powered ecommerece wordpress themes. After one year you will have the option to extend your support for another year, but you will not be automatically billed.
Automatic Updates
You get free upgrades for life for all 1.x releases of Cart66. Automatic upgrades for Cart66 are managed through the plugins panel in your WordPress Admin and will remain available to you even after your free year of support. Cart66 downloads, including beta releases, are also availble in the Cart66 members area.
Upgrade At Any Time
You may upgrade your site license at any time. You get the full cost of what you paid subtracted from the price of the upgrade. For example, if you start with a single site license, you can upgrade to a multi-site license any time while your support license is active and the full price of your single site license will be applied to your multi-site license.
Cart66 makes it easy to turn any WordPress website into a money making, e-commerce store. Once you start using Cart66, you may want to create more stores. All of the licenses include the same, full featured version of Cart66 and professional support. If you plan to use Cart66 on multiple websites, we have created multi-site licenses that will save you money.
How Often Are Upgrades Released
Cart66 is under active development with new features being added all the time. On average, a new release of Cart66 is deployed about every 2 months. Some features take longer than others to implement so the 2 month release cycle is just an average. Cart66 will also be updated as soon as possible, much sooner than 2 months, if an incompatibility is introduced due to an update in one of the plugins or services integrated with Cart66.
